Fried Squid with Sauerkraut

1. Ingredients: Squid (washed and blanched), sauerkraut (chopped), Kaiyang (soaked)

2. Put the blanched squid on the cutting board and cut it.

3. Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in the saucepan, add the cut squid and the soaked open ocean, and add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine.
