Fried Steamed Buns

After blanching mixed vegetables, remove and drain the water.

Dice the steamed buns.

Beat the eggs, add five-spice powder and diced steamed buns, mix well.

Heat the pan, pour the oil into the steamed buns and stir fry.
5.
Stir fry until golden brown on the surface, add chopped green onion and mixed vegetables, stir fry for a while.
6.
Sprinkle a little salt and pepper and serve on a plate.
