Steamed buns are an indispensable staple food on my table every day. This may be the typical northerner’s eating habits! Generally, I am used to steaming steamed buns by myself. Sometimes I forget to clean up the steamed buns after eating. The buns will become dry and hard if they are left outside for a long time. If they are eaten again, no one will like it. It is a pity to throw them away and waste. It's super delicious, especially when children are rushing to eat out of the pot.

Fried Steamed Buns with Egg and Ham

1. Prepare the ingredients first. If you fry the steamed buns, it’s better to use the harder ones

2. Cut the steamed buns into small cubes, and cut the ham into small pieces for later use. If there are children in the family, those who don’t like to eat steamed buns must put this ham so that they can eat together. Children are picky eaters sometimes mothers have to find a way to let them Come to eat voluntarily.

4. Put oil in the pan, then put the sliced steamed buns into it, and fry them until the surface is browned, so that the taste is crunchy. If you stir-fry the vegetables first and then put the steamed buns, the fried steamed buns will be soft and soft. That kind, there is no burning smell on the outer skin.

5. Pour in the diced ham and green cabbage, continue to stir fry, and season with a spoonful of salt.

6. Green cabbage is very cooked, and it should be cooked for about a minute.

7. Then pour the egg liquid in, flatten the bottom of the pan, and slowly fry it on a low fire to make the eggs cooked thoroughly.

8. In the last step, after the egg is cooked, stir fry it again, and it will be out of the pan. I have more steamed buns. If there are less steamed buns, you can spread it into a pancake and sprinkle some black sesame seeds. It looks good and delicious.

9. The steamed buns are fried, very delicious
