[Fried stinky tofu] is one of the famous snacks in Hunan. Now this snack is commonplace in other cities, but some practices have mutated. The authentic method is to deep-fry fermented tofu, but now most of them are deep-fried with ordinary tofu and then topped with "stinky tofu" sauce. But it tastes unique.

Fried Stinky Tofu

1. One piece of tofu, light soy sauce, stinky tofu, chili powder, and cooked sesame.

2. Cut the tofu into thick slices.

3. Sprinkle a little salt and marinate for 5 minutes.

4. Seasoning sauce: crush 2 pieces of stinky tofu and add appropriate amount of broth, add a little light soy sauce and mix thoroughly.

5. Crush the cooked sesame seeds.

6. Put oil in the pot to heat up.

7. Put in the pickled tofu and fry it.

8. Fry until golden on both sides.

9. Remove the fried tofu and set aside.

10. Dip the fried tofu into the sauce and put it on the plate.

11. After placing a layer of tofu, sprinkle with chili powder and sesame seeds; then repeat the process.

12. After making it, it is ready to eat.
