Fried String Beans

1. Wash the kidney beans, control dry water, pinch into sections, and blanch them for later use.

2. Prepare all the ingredients.

3. Put a little cooking oil in a hot pot to stir out the oil residue on a small fire (when refining, the oil residue is deliberately not dried).

4. Add minced garlic and stir fragrant.

5. Add lean meat and stir fry to change its color.

6. Add chili and salt and saute until fragrant.

7. Add string beans and stir-fry for a few minutes.

8. Stir and stir well.

9. Pour in water, cover the pot and cook for a few minutes on high heat.

10. Season the light soy sauce and stir-fry well.
