Fried Stuffed Peppers

Wash the hot peppers, open them twice, remove the seeds, and set aside.

The fish is slippery, because the time is tight, I bought it.

Stuff the fish slips evenly into the processed peppers.

Heat oil in a pan, fry the stuffed side down until golden, turn the other side and fry until cooked.

Pour in the mixed gorgon juice (oyster sauce, starch, light soy sauce, water, blended, and forget to take pictures). Simmer for a while until the juice is collected.
