Fried Sugar Cake

Add 30 grams of sugar to 300 grams of water and boil on the stove.

Pour all the boiling water into the flour, and use chopsticks to quickly stir in one direction.

When the flour is not so hot, put a little oil on your hands and knead it into a smooth dough.

Then we make the filling: mix flour and sugar and mix well.

Divide the dough into 12 small doughs, each about 35 grams.

Take a piece of dough, rotate it with the thumb of your right hand, and press out the nest, put in a spoonful of the mixed filling, rub it with your hands, and gradually seal it tightly.

Press flat with the palm of your hand and do everything in order.

Put an appropriate amount of edible oil in the pot and heat the oil to 60% hot. Put them one by one. Don't put a lot at a time, otherwise it will stick easily. Fry both sides until golden brown, remove them, and put them on kitchen paper.
