Fried Sweet Potato Noodles with Seafood

Chop the green onion, ginger and garlic, shred the green onion, cut the green vegetables, shred the bean skin, clean the seafood, and cut into small pieces. For seafood, I used yellow clams and prawns, with lobster tails added.

Heat water to warm, add sweet potato flour to soak.

Heat the pan with cold oil, sauté ginger and garlic, stir-fry with tempeh, stir-fry with spicy lobster sauce and garlic chili sauce, stir-fry with shallots, seafood bean skins, and intestines. Add the vermicelli, add vinegar, sugar and a small amount of water and cook for a while. When the vermicelli is soft, pour into the vegetables and stir-fry.

Tips:
1. Soak the vermicelli in warm water to shorten the brewing time. 2. There is salt in tempeh, spicy sauce and garlic chili sauce, so there is no extra salt. Please season it appropriately according to the sauce and your own taste.
