Fried Tenderloin

Wash the pork tenderloin and use a meat hammer to smash into even-sized pieces

Put ginger onion slices and light soy sauce, salt, cooking wine in a bowl, and marinate the meat for at least 15 minutes

Mix the egg liquid for use, mix the flour and cornstarch, then mix the two; the bread crumbs for use

Grab the pork chops covered with flour and egg liquid and put them in the breadcrumbs, and evenly coat the breadcrumbs

Fry in the oil pan, and the oil temperature is about 150 degrees Celsius. (The criterion is that the chopsticks go in and there are small bubbles around the chopsticks)

Adjust to medium heat, golden color
