Fried Thousand Page Tofu

Thousand pages of tofu slices.

Slice cucumber, chopped green onion, ginger, garlic and set aside.

Heat oil in a pot and add green onion, ginger and garlic.

Add thousand-page tofu and stir fry.
5.
Then add cucumber slices.

Add appropriate amount of soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, stir fry for a while and it will be cooked.
Tips:
You can add a little water to the Chiba tofu when frying to prevent it from sticking to the pot.
