Fried Thousand Page Tofu

1. Thousand pages of tofu slices.

2. Slice cucumber, chopped green onion, ginger, garlic and set aside.

3. Heat oil in a pot and add green onion, ginger and garlic.

4. Add thousand-page tofu and stir fry.

5. Then add cucumber slices.

6. Add appropriate amount of soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, stir fry for a while and it will be cooked.

Tips:

You can add a little water to the Chiba tofu when frying to prevent it from sticking to the pot.
