Fried Tofu Balls

Stir the minced meat with ginger and green onion soy sauce.

The tofu is pressed into a puree with a knife, and the carrots are chopped.

Place the diced carrots with minced pork tofu in a container.

Add salt chicken powder and pepper starch and stir well.
5.
Roll into balls of almost the same size.
6.
Pour a proper amount of oil into the pan, heat the oil, add tofu balls and deep fry on a low heat, deep fry until golden brown, remove the oil to control, and eat.
