Fried Tofu with Celery

Prepare oily tofu

Prepare some celery
3.
Wash and slice celery
4.
Heat oil in a pan, add ginger and garlic and saute until fragrant

Add tofu
6.
Add some soy sauce, chili sauce and water to simmer
7.
Add celery
8.
Season with salt and chicken essence and stir fry

Tips:
1. The oily tofu is relatively dry. Add some water to braise when frying, so that it tastes better;
2. Put the celery into it and stir-fry it.
