Fried Tofu with Winter Squash and Fish Balls

1. Wash and dice winter squash.

2. Dice the tofu.

3. Dice fish balls.

4. Wash and chop garlic leaves.

5. Put water in the pot, add the diced winter squash to blanch the water for two minutes after boiling.

6. Put oil in the pan, add tofu and fry until slightly yellow.
