Fried Tripe with Plum Beans

Ingredients: plum beans (picked and washed), cooked tripe (cut open)

Put the picked and washed plum beans in a pot of water, blanch for 2 minutes, and remove them.

Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the blanched plum peas and the cut cooked tripe and stir fry.
4.
Then, add the right amount of light soy sauce.

Add the right amount of salt.

Stir-fry well and serve.
