Fried Vegetarian Dumplings

Finely chop the leeks, fry the eggs and crush them. (The dumplings were done to the end, and I remembered to take pictures, so there were very few eggs in it)

The flour is mixed with water to form a dough, knead into thin strips, cut into small flours, and roll into thin slices.

Put the leek and egg stuffing into the dough, fold the dough in half, pinch the middle edge tightly, and then pinch it from both sides to form a bell-shaped dumpling.

Show it off, made dumplings.

Heat an electric baking pan, spread a layer of oil on the bottom, and put in the dumplings.

After two minutes, turn over and continue frying. It can be eaten directly or dipped in juice. My son likes to eat like this, this is his share, we all eat dumplings.
Tips:
Leeks for dumpling stuffing should be finely chopped, and steamed buns and pancakes are generally cut into sections.
