Fried Vermicelli with Purple Cabbage

Peel off the outermost layer of purple cabbage, wash and cut into shreds for later use.

Put water in the pot, add the vermicelli and cook until the water is boiled.

Put oil in the pot, add the chopped green onion and stir fragrant. Add the purple cabbage and stir-fry, add salt, and stir-fry the purple cabbage to change the color.

Add the vermicelli, stir fry well, and out of the pan.
