Fried Wakame with Sliced Pork

Wakame purchased online.

Soak the wakame in water for 2 hours. Wash and remove and serve.

Tenderloin slices, (less one photo), put the meat slices into the container, add a little soy sauce, cooking wine, pepper, salt, and starch and stir well.

Wash the chives.

Cut chives into sections and mince ginger.

Scallion and ginger until fragrant.

Add the meat slices and stir fry for a while.

Pour in the wakame, stir fry, add a little light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, salt, chicken essence, stir fry for a while, then it will be out of the pot.

Finished product.
Tips:
1. Wakame is crumbled, so there is no need to cut it.
2. Wakame is soaked in clean water, it is easy to get water when frying, try to squeeze the water dry.
