Fried Wontons with Green Vegetables and Eggs

Prepare the ingredients, wash and chop shiitake mushrooms,

Wash the small greens, blanch them in boiling water, and remove them with cold water.

Finely chop and squeeze out some of the vegetable juice.

Knock the eggs into a bowl, add some cooking wine, stir well, heat the oil in the pan, add the eggs and fry them, shovel them with a spatula,

Add chopped green onion, shiitake mushrooms,

Add salt, chicken bouillon, and pepper, stir well,

Add an appropriate amount of sesame oil and stir well,

Add the chopped green vegetables and stir well,

Take the wonton wrapper and put an appropriate amount of stuffing,

Put oil in a cold pan, put in wontons,

Fry on medium heat until the bottom is slightly yellow, add a small bowl of water,

Cover the lid and cook for 5 minutes, open the lid and collect the juice on high heat.

Sprinkle some white sesame seeds and eat it with your favorite dipping sauce.
Tips:
1. Don't blanch the blanched vegetables, just cook them for 7-8 minutes.
2. Fry wontons with more oil than usual.
