Fried Yam with Black Fungus

The yam is peeled, washed, sliced, and put in water to prevent oxidation

Tips:
When black fungus oil explodes, it is easy to explode, so be careful. If the yam mucus is accidentally put on the back of the hand, it will still itch even after washing. So when washing the yam, it is best not to get it on your hands.
