Fried Yam with Snow Peas
1.
Prepare the ingredients, pinch the snow peas and remove the tail to remove the fascia, peel and wash the yam, and peel and wash the carrot. People who deal with yam skin sensitivity are best to wear gloves to avoid skin irritation.
2.
Soak snow peas in light salt water for about 10 minutes, wash them, add appropriate amount of water to the pot, add a little salt to the water, add a few drops of oil (to maintain the freshness of snow peas), add snow peas blanched water, and blanch snow peas until soft. Basically cooked is better, remove the cold water, and then control the moisture. Snow peas is easy to be poisoned if it is not cooked well. I like to blanch it and stir-fry it in the pot for a few times. You can eat it without worry.
3.
Cut carrots and yams into diamond-shaped pieces separately.
4.
Add an appropriate amount of olive oil to the wok, sauté five-spice powder and chopped green onion, add carrots and yam and stir-fry until the carrots change color.
5.
Add snow peas and stir-fry, drizzle with a little water to promote the quick-frying of the ingredients and keep the ingredients crisp and refreshing.
6.
Add 1 scoop of June Xianqing 10 Light Salt Original Soy Sauce for seasoning. I only add this kind of seasoning, which is light and not greasy, refreshing and appetizing, and children love it.
7.
Take out the pan and serve.
