Fried Yellow Croaker

The yellow croaker is scaled off and the internal organs are cleaned.

Cut the green onion and ginger and set aside.

Add the very fresh soy sauce.

Add salt and mix well.

Add cooking wine, mix well and marinate for more than 2 hours.

Beat the eggs.

Dip the marinated fish in a layer of flour.

Dip another layer of egg liquid.

Add oil to the nonstick pan and fry the yellow croaker over medium-low heat.

Fry until golden on both sides.
