Fried Yuba with Chili

Fold the yuba in small sections and add blisters to hair

Green pepper cut into sections

Put the garlic slices in the hot oil in the pot and fry until fragrant

Pour the yuba, add soy sauce, stir fry for color
5.
Add sugar and some water and cook for 3-5 minutes
6.
Pour in the chili section, stir fry evenly, add salt to taste and bring out the pot
