Fried Yuba with Fresh Mushrooms

Pick fresh mushrooms into small pieces, wash them, and blanch them in boiling water. After boiling for 2 minutes, remove the cold water and squeeze the water to dry.

Soak the yuba 4 or 5 hours in advance, cut into small pieces when finished, wash the hot pepper and cut into small pieces.

Sit in a pot and pour the oil. Heat the oil and pour the fresh mushrooms. It takes about 4 to 5 minutes to fry the mushrooms. At this time, push the fresh mushrooms to one side and put them into the chopped green onion pot.
