Fried Yuba with Fungus

Soak the yuba and fungus in advance.

Cut the yuba into small pieces.
3.
Put oil in the pot and put ginger foam in it. Add green pepper after sautéing

Then put in the fungus.
5.
Put the yuba in.
6.
Season with salt and black pepper powder.
7.
Sprinkle chicken essence before serving. The yuba is basically cooked. Just a few stir-fries.
