Fried Zucchini (korea Native Color)

1. The zucchini I chose was bigger and then I added another egg. Normally 2 eggs are enough.

2. Slice the zucchini, put it in a fresh-keeping bag, then pour the flour, tighten the bag, shake both sides of the zucchini to evenly stick the flour, and set aside.

3. Stir the egg with two chopsticks, add the appropriate amount of green onion, a little white pepper, the zucchini with flour on both sides, dip the zucchini with chopsticks and wrap the egg on both sides.

4. After the pan is hot, add a small amount of olive oil (edible oil can also be used) and fry until golden brown.

5. Fry until golden on both sides, remove and place on a plate.

6. Crispy on the outside and delicious on the inside!

Tips:

Reminder: Be sure to let the pan heat up before draining the oil to prevent greasy. It will also make the fried zucchini more beautiful.
