Spicy Fried Frog

Cut the frog into pieces, wash and marinate with salt and cooking wine, cut the other ingredients and set aside hot oil, fry the shallots, remove the pepper, minced ginger garlic and dried chili and fry until fragrant.

Add frog and stir fry, add pepper, pour into cooking wine, pour into light soy sauce

Add salt and stir fry until the original water of the frog is fried and dry, then add the red pepper and coriander segments to get out of the pan
Tips:
1. The ground chicken is thicker and not easy to taste. It is recommended to marinate it before frying
2. Dried chili and red hot chili are different in spiciness. If you don't like it, you can directly replace it with fresh chili.
