The frog is better than chicken because of its tender meat, so it is called frog. It is rich in protein, carbohydrates, water and a small amount of fat. The meat tastes delicious. It is cultivated artificially now. Although it doesn’t taste like when I was a child, it’s okay to eat it occasionally.

Ingredients

1. Cut the frog into pieces, wash and marinate with salt and cooking wine, cut the other ingredients and set aside hot oil, fry the shallots, remove the pepper, minced ginger garlic and dried chili and fry until fragrant.

Tips:

1. The ground chicken is thicker and not easy to taste. It is recommended to marinate it before frying
2. Dried chili and red hot chili are different in spiciness. If you don't like it, you can directly replace it with fresh chili.
