After the old tofu is frozen in the refrigerator, it becomes frozen tofu. The voids in the frozen tofu are like sponges, and the taste is also elastic. After it is burned with soy sauce meat and black fungus, the soup is all absorbed by the frozen tofu and eaten. The mouth will turn into a mouth full of delicious soup, especially delicious.

Frozen Tofu and Soy Sauce Pork

1. Prepare tofu, soak the black fungus in water and wash it off

2. Take the garlic slices, ginger slices and chopped green onion as needed

3. Slice frozen tofu

4. Soy sauce meat is washed with warm water and sliced

5. Pour the oil in a hot pan, add warm oil and fry the tofu until both sides are slightly yellow.

6. Leave the bottom oil in the pot and turn to low heat to add the soy sauce meat

7. Stir-fry the oil and add ginger and garlic slices until fragrant

8. Pour in black fungus and cooking wine and stir fry for a fragrance

9. Pour in the fried tofu and add boiling water

10. Add soy sauce and dark soy sauce

11. Add sugar

12. Cover the high heat and bring it to a low heat for 5 minutes

13. Then turn to high heat and add oyster sauce

14. Add chicken essence to taste and turn off the heat

15. Pour into a bowl and sprinkle with chopped green onion to enjoy

Tips:

1. Adding oyster sauce to this dish at the end makes the soup thicker and all absorbed in the frozen tofu to taste better.
2. After the high fire is boiled, use a small fire to make the soup slowly absorbed by the frozen tofu.
3. The sugar should be added in advance, let the low heat simmer and blend in the soup.
