Frozen Tofu and Soy Sauce Pork

Prepare tofu, soak the black fungus in water and wash it off

Take the garlic slices, ginger slices and chopped green onion as needed

Slice frozen tofu

Soy sauce meat is washed with warm water and sliced

Pour the oil in a hot pan, add warm oil and fry the tofu until both sides are slightly yellow.

Leave the bottom oil in the pot and turn to low heat to add the soy sauce meat

Stir-fry the oil and add ginger and garlic slices until fragrant

Pour in black fungus and cooking wine and stir fry for a fragrance

Pour in the fried tofu and add boiling water

Add soy sauce and dark soy sauce

Add sugar

Cover the high heat and bring it to a low heat for 5 minutes

Then turn to high heat and add oyster sauce

Add chicken essence to taste and turn off the heat

Pour into a bowl and sprinkle with chopped green onion to enjoy
Tips:
1. Adding oyster sauce to this dish at the end makes the soup thicker and all absorbed in the frozen tofu to taste better.
2. After the high fire is boiled, use a small fire to make the soup slowly absorbed by the frozen tofu.
3. The sugar should be added in advance, let the low heat simmer and blend in the soup.
