Frozen Tofu Fish Ball Soup

Wash the vegetables

Wash and cut fresh tofu into small pieces and freeze beforehand. There is no need to defrost when eating.

After the oil is hot, chop the green onion in a pot, pour in water, add fish balls and frozen tofu when the water is boiling, boil the water again, cook for about two minutes and add the green vegetables

The green vegetables are softened, add salt, thirteen incense and sesame oil and stir well. This is because the fish balls are a little swollen and ready to be out of the pot.
Tips:
Do not cook vegetables for too long, as they will lose vitamins. My little baby doesn’t like eating greens like most children, so you can put it in the pot early to get a mature and rotten taste. The little guy just chews down the soup and eats it.
