Frozen Tofu with Chopped Pepper and Golden Needle

Prepare frozen tofu, sausages, chopped peppers, and enoki mushrooms.

Cut frozen tofu into small pieces, slap garlic cloves, slice sausages into thin slices, wash and cut green peppers into small pieces for later use.

Cut off the roots of enoki mushrooms, wash them, and blanch them with boiling water to drain the water.

Heat oil in a pot and sauté garlic cloves.

Pour in the sausage and fry out the oil.

Set the sausage aside, pour in frozen tofu, add some salt, and stir-fry slightly. .

Add appropriate amount of broth and simmer for 5 minutes.

Pour enoki mushrooms.

Pour the green peppers and stir well.

Add light soy sauce and stir well.

Add black pepper; pour in the chopped pepper, adjust the flavor and transfer it into a bowl.
