This kind of cola chicken wings has a refreshing taste because of the addition of bayberry fruit wine. Use only a little bit of oil to prevent stickiness. If you find too much oil when you fry the chicken wings, you must discard it, otherwise it will be greasy. For the same reason, green onions are not suitable for cooking.
This chicken wing has a little light soy sauce and dark soy sauce added, and the dishes are more beautiful in color. But the cola chicken wings are mainly sweet and fragrant, so the amount of soy sauce should be small.

1. Bring water to a boil, put it in the wings and wash them with cold water.

2. Poke the chicken wings a few times with a toothpick for easy flavor.

3. Heat a wok, add a little oil, and stir-fry the ginger and garlic slices to create a fragrant aroma.

4. Pour the chicken wings and fry them for a while with the fatty side facing up to make them oily and colored.

5. Turn it over and fry again. At this time, if the chicken wings are fatter and oily, then discard them.

6. Pour the bayberry wine. Cover the pot and simmer for a minute.

7. Add half a tablespoon of light soy sauce and a few drops of dark soy sauce, add the peppercorns, and finally pour in Coke to fill out the chicken wings.

8. Cover the pot and boil until the soup is thick, turn off the heat when leaving a little juice after boiling for a while, put it on a plate, and pour a little juice on the chicken wings.

Tips:

1. Coke is best to buy Coca-Cola, if you use Pepsi, the color of the dishes will be dull.
2. You can add the same amount of white wine instead of fruit wine.
