In a blink of an eye, it’s the season for pineapples to go on the market again. I like fruit pizzas made of pineapples. They have a special aroma. You can make fruit pizzas very casually. Just choose the fruit you like. The fruit is fried with butter first to remove the moisture inside, and it will be more fragrant. Today I added a little cinnamon powder to it. It smelled a bit unacceptable. I didn’t expect it to be so good when it was added to the fruit. Today’s pizza is very satisfying. !
Due to the time, the pie crust was baked 7 or 8 minutes in advance, and the filling was also fried in advance. When you want to eat it, you can directly put the filling on the pie crust and bake it. I found it very convenient!

Fruit Pizza

1. Let’s make the cake dough first, melt the yeast in the milk and pour it into the flour

2. Use chopsticks to stir into flocculent

3. Add the softened butter

4. Knead into a smooth dough

5. Cover with plastic wrap and ferment to about 2 times the size

6. Take out and knead well, expel the air, divide into 2 parts

7. Take a dough and roll it into a pie

8. Put it into the mold, flatten it, and then cover with plastic wrap to relax for 20 minutes (the mold is coated with a thin layer of butter in advance to prevent sticking)

9. After slack, insert a small hole with a fork

10. Put it in the preheated oven at 165 degrees, the middle layer, bake for about 10 minutes, then take it out and let it cool for later use (this time the cake is about 7 or 8 minutes cooked)

11. Let’s make the filling and wash the fruit

Tips:

1. If you have enough time, you can directly roll the noodles into a crust and add fillings to bake!
2. The 6-inch pie crust mold used in this recipe can make just two!
3. Fruit filling, put in banana and pineapple at last to avoid frying!
