Fruit Purple Sweet Potato Cake

The purple sweet potato is peeled and steamed in a pot. After cooling, press it slightly with a spoon to form slightly smaller pieces.

Milk can be replaced with water, but it is not recommended to make it in place at one time, it should be added while stirring. The batter should be thicker, too thin, not only difficult to steam, but also easy to sticky taste.
