Fruit Soup-mango Yam and White Fungus Soup

The amount of rock sugar.

A quarter of a white fungus, soaked in cold water.

Remove the stem and cut into small flowers.

Cut a small piece of yam into a hob for use.

A moderate amount of green manding.

Put half of the water in the casserole, add cold water with white fungus and rock sugar, and bring to a boil.

8 dried figs (more or less), wash and put in. Simmer over medium heat for 20 minutes until the white fungus is soft and waxy.

Put the yam in, simmer for five minutes, and insert the yam with chopsticks. Turn off the fire.

Stop for a few minutes, and wait for the casserole to boil, and the bubbles have dispersed.

Tremella soup is crystal clear and not muddy. (Daughter threw in a roselle and said pretty beautifully)
