Fruity Sweet and Sour Pork Ribs
1.
Boil the ribs in water, (blanch in cold water), control dry water, fry on medium heat until the surface is golden,
2.
Add oil in a hot pan, put two tablespoons of white sugar, and cook until it turns into a caramel color and bubbling.
3.
Quickly pour the ribs into the stir fry to evenly color,
4.
Pour in water (without the ribs), add some salt, and boil on high heat until the juice is collected.
5.
Pour the sugar hawthorn juice, (the more flavorful), bring to a boil, medium-low heat until the juice is delicious, sprinkle an appropriate amount of salt to taste (or leave it alone), put on a plate, put an appropriate amount of red fruit, and sprinkle with cooked white sesame seeds.
