Fujian Nine Congee

Prepare all ingredients

Wash the red beans, mung beans, barley, and black beans, and soak them in an appropriate amount of water for 2 hours. The amount of water should be 1cm below the bean noodles.

Shell the dried longan and take out the longan meat

Wash the rice, drain the water and pour it into the electric pressure cooker

Wash the glutinous rice, drain the water and pour it into the electric pressure cooker

Wash and drain the beans that have been soaked in step 2, and pour them into the electric pressure cooker

Wash the millet, wolfberry and peanuts, and pour them into the electric pressure cooker

Pour the washed red dates

Pour the longan meat

Pour in water, cover the pot, press the "porridge" button to cook

The electric pressure cooker will prompt the sound. When the air pressure is completely dissipated, open the lid and pour the rock sugar while it is hot

Stir with a spoon until the sugar dissolves

Put the sweet porridge into a bowl and serve
Tips:
1. The ingredients of sweet porridge can be changed according to personal preference;
2. The amount of sugar can be increased or decreased as appropriate, and rock sugar can be replaced with white granulated sugar or brown sugar;
3. If you like sweet porridge and sticky, you can replace the amount of rice with the amount of glutinous rice;
4. If there are elders at home who can't eat sweets, you can eliminate the step of adding rock sugar to taste, because some of the nuts and beans cooked together have their own sweetness, such as red dates and longans.
