Full Version of Mei Cai Kou Po

1. Prepare the above ingredients and wash them. Finely chop ginger and plum.

2. After washing the pork belly, rinse it with water, pick it up and spread salt around the meat while it is still hot, and then spread an appropriate amount of dark soy to color.

3. Let the fried pork belly stand for a few minutes, then slice and serve.

4. Add a small amount of oil to the hot pot, add chicken essence, ground ginger, rock sugar, and dark soy sauce.

5. Cover all the plums on top of the pork, and then drizzle the sauce on top.

6. Steam the Mei Cai Kou Po in an electric rice cooker for 20 minutes.

7. After the pork with Mei Cai Kou is steamed, turn it over with another plate upside down.

Tips:

Use chopsticks to pierce the pork belly with salt and soy sauce to make it more delicious.
