Celery, fungus and almond mix, paired with red and green hot peppers, sauteed with onion and ginger sauteed in pepper oil, it is a very healthy, nutritious and crispy dish. It is the best choice for lowering three highs.

Fungus, Celery and Almond Mix

1. Cut the soaked fungus into strips and cut the pepper into pieces.
