Fungus Mixed with Cucumber

Wash the cucumbers and soak the fungus in cold water. (If you don’t like eating raw wooden ears, you can blanch it with water, I’m lazy, so I didn’t blanch it)

Put the cucumber on a cutting board, pat a few times with the back of a knife, and then cut it into small pieces, so that the cucumber tastes better. Tear the fungus into small pieces by hand. The garlic is also smashed with a knife and cut into garlic.

Add chili oil, cold soy sauce, salt, vinegar, and MSG, mix well, and serve.
