Tips:
1. Soak the tofu in salt water to remove the beany taste, and the taste will be better;
2. Fry the tofu first and then put it in a clay pot. The tofu is not easy to break and tastes more delicious;
3. Adding broth can make the dishes taste more mellow. If there is no broth, add water.
