Prepare the ingredients

Tips:
The ribs do not need to be blanched, just wash and marinate for about 20 minutes. The ribs need to be cooked slowly to be soft, tender and tasty. Add enough water at one time. Adding water in the middle will affect the taste and color, and the meat will be old.
