Tips:
1. The ratio of the five ingredients can actually be adjusted according to your own taste.
2. Don’t leave the ribs in the pot for a long time after stewing, otherwise it will be a little mushy like I did, and the stew will be oily at the end, but there is no soup, and the sugar and soy sauce are added, which makes it easier to deepen the color. It is recommended to add more water .
