Garlic and Oyster Sauce Topped with Choy Sum

Chop garlic and set aside, slice ginger, pick the choy sum, wash and dry in water for use.

Put the choy sum in the pot and add water to a quick boil, pick up the dry water.

Saute garlic and ginger in an oil pan, stir-fry the choy sum for a while, add a small amount of salt and continue to fry for a while, then simmer for 5-8 minutes.

Put on a plate, pour oyster sauce and a few drops of sesame oil and stir well.
