Garlic and Rotten Eggplant

The eggplant is cut into four pieces and steamed in a pot until tender.

Peel and put on the plate.

The garlic is smashed and finely chopped.
4.
Add minced coriander.
5.
Add minced garlic, oyster sauce, vinegar, salt, sesame oil and sesame oil.
6.
Mix well and serve.
Tips:
1. The eggplant may not be peeled.
2. If you don't like coriander, you can leave it alone. I like it so much, so I put it in a lot.
