Garlic and Watermelon Peel with Sesame Oil (with Homemade Sesame Oil Method)
1.
Cut the watermelon rind into thin slices with a little red flesh.
2.
Add an appropriate amount of salt (3 tablespoons), stir and marinate for 20 minutes.
3.
After 20 minutes, the color of the watermelon rind changed.
4.
Remove the blisters for 30-60 seconds. Don't take too long, or it won't be refreshing. This step can be skipped, but soaking in hot water can play a role in anti-virus cleaning.
5.
Control dry water.
6.
The seasoning is: 30ml sesame oil, half a minced garlic, a tablespoon of salt, a tablespoon of sugar, a tablespoon of vinegar, and a tablespoon of light soy sauce.
7.
Pour into the watermelon rind and stir ~ it's ready to eat!
8.
However, I personally feel that it tastes better if it is iced in the refrigerator!
Tips:
1. There is no sesame oil at home, and sesame seeds are used up. The weather is too hot and lazy to buy, so I have to make sesame oil by myself. It's actually very simple. Heat the pot and add some oil. If you need 30ml of oil, I suggest you put 50ml. After the oil is hot, add more chopped garlic, chopped green onion, two star anise (aniseed), two tangerine peels (cinnamon), two tablespoons of pepper, one tablespoon of monosodium glutamate, or five-spice powder. Fry until the ingredients are zoomed, then turn off the heat. Carefully avoid the slag, pour out the oil, and that's it!
2. When slicing the watermelon rind, it should be thinner and tasty.
3. The minced garlic in the cold dressing is chopped a bit, it will not be so spicy. You can also add a little more soup to neutralize it.
