Garlic Baby Abalone
1.
Use a discarded toothbrush with salt to scrub the baby abalone, especially the black areas.
2.
Use a knife to dig out the abalone along the edge of the abalone shell, remove the abalone's teeth and food bag, and then carefully brush it again with a toothbrush.
3.
The abalone shell is also cleaned, and the abalone is sliced with a cross knife so that it can be delicious when steamed and served on a plate.
4.
Finely chop garlic, fry two-thirds of it with appropriate amount of oil on low heat until golden brown, mix well with the remaining one-third of raw garlic, use a little cooking wine, olive oil (salad oil also works), light soy sauce, steamed fish soy sauce Mix well with garlic
5.
Spread the minced garlic on the abalone with a spoon and steam for 8-10 minutes in a steamer.
6.
Pour out the extra steamed juice, top with chopped peppers, heat it with a little olive oil (salad oil is also OK) and pour it on the abalone, and serve.
Tips:
1. When selecting small abalones, you will find that the water used to raise abalones in large supermarkets is iced. The stronger the abalones are adsorbed on the pool wall, the fresher the abalones are.
2. Fry the minced garlic over a low fire, otherwise it will be battered quickly and will be out of the pan when it is golden brown.
3. For children's shoes who like to eat fans, hot fans can be spread on abalone and eat together. It is delicious.
