Garlic Bacon Snow Pea

Ingredients: bacon, snow peas, garlic, dried chili.

Tear off the old tendons on both sides of the snow peas, wash and drain the water, slice the bacon, slice the garlic, and dry the chili to wipe off the dry dust.

Boil the hot water with some salt, and blanch snow peas.
