Garlic Baked Shellfish

Clean the shellfish, drain and set aside

Finely chop the garlic cloves into the puree (I left a little green onion in the cooking, but if you want to look good, you can put the green onion after it is out of the oven)

Spread tin foil on the baking tray, gently squeeze a part of the water from the washed shellfish, and spread it on the baking tray
4.
Pour scallion oil, evenly sprinkle a layer of salt, and then spread garlic on the shellfish
5.
Oven at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes
