Garlic Boiled Glutinous Fish

Cut open the belly of the catfish to dig out the intestines, wash it and then soak it in hot water, pull it from the head to the tail by hand, to wash off the surface material of the catfish

Wash the garlic

Sliced ginger

Cut the soaked glutinous fish into small pieces

Add ginger in a frying pan until fragrant

Then pour in Huang Tan

Stir fry

Add the right amount of cooking wine

Then add some light soy sauce and dark soy sauce

Add cold water and spread over the fish

After boiling, add garlic

Add the right amount of salt

Then turn to low heat and cook for about half an hour, add appropriate amount of sugar

Slightly harvest the broth and sprinkle with chives.

Note: Now the farmed catfish is very crisp without having to cook for half an hour
