Garlic Bone

Wash the pork short ribs and marinate for 30 minutes with a mixture of light soy sauce, cooking wine, salt, sugar, minced ginger and garlic (if you like a thick flavor, the marinating time can be longer)

Place the marinated small pieces on the frying pan, put it in the upper section of the microwave, double power roast for 12 minutes, grill for 5 minutes, and sprinkle a little chopped green onion.
