Garlic Bread

Cut the baguette on the top, about 1.5cm in width, don’t cut the bottom. At the same time, preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

Melt the butter, add salt and stir well.

Finely chop the shallots and garlic, add them to the butter and stir well.

Spread the chopped green onion, garlic and butter in the middle of the freshly cut bread.

Wrap the bread with tin foil, put it in a preheated oven at 200 degrees, and bake for 10 minutes.

Open the tin foil and bake for another 5 minutes.
